a lot of business are feeling the crunch of the current economics in the west. me working in an US company, i thought business will be slow... but nooo....hell load of work are piling up!!
i am trying to find a way how to solve this problem. somehow, i feel that i am better in multi tasking my job than the first day i entered the working world... yet i still lack in being analytical, which i always am.
what i believe most now is integrity. integrity of yourself, your work, your actions and meeting deadlines is very crucial in this working world. why? because it affects your appraisal which therefore will affect your pay cheque. hahaha!!
anyway, i had my appraisal done today after almost 3months. i'd consider my overall performance was good. for now, i am just waiting for a decision by HR of how much increment i will get.
hmm i told gf yesterday about my dream job... in the future, i would like to get a job in the oil & gas industry. yes, i told my boss about this also just now during meeting! hahaha. perhaps, getting a degree in logistic & maritime would be a great stepping stone for me in achieving my dream job!
