Saosin & Incubus Live In Singapore 07/03/2008 @ Fort Canning Park The concert was god like man. WoW.. Saosin was awesome! Incubus was godly, dont mind the pun if you get what i mean. haha. My good friend talib had one of his best day in his life. He entered fort canning park at 4pm before the security set up their all round security... so he got to hang out with SAOSIN guys when incubus was doing their sound check!! do check out his blog to see the pictures he took with them yeah. me and bud came later at 6pm.. the queue was already long. we waited at the front hoping to cut queue... gates were open then one by one we were hoping to find any friends we know in the queue. suddenly i heard someone calling for me... haha its amalina's good friend. we were like 8 lines from the front. crowd was getting anxious and building up at the back... saosin kicked in at about 7.35pm... guess what. we are at the rowdy side of the crowds. out of nowhere people start to push around and it became a mosh pit. wtf? it was damn irritating, really. i got pissed a bit so i start pushing people around t0o and i found it to be fun! wahahahaha. so there you see izan go crazy also. it was really stress relieving and i felt like aiming somebody to be my punching bag to release all my stress that shit job was thrown at me his whole week... but nah i ain't that cruel. lol to tell you the truth, i didnt expect saosin to be there! at first i heard it was suppose to be 2 local bands to perform... and i only know 1 famliar song which was BURY YOUR HEAD. thats all siol. bud dont even know they exists! lol.. never mind. nonetheless we still enjoyed. by the time saosin ended their perfomance, i was too shagged and my clothes were soaked with sweat. then came Incubus. ok, at least time the crowd tone down already. maybe they are too tired or Incubus music is a little slower. I'd say that Incubus perfomance performance was better back in their 2004 KL performance which i went for. The sound system there is was better then yesterday. Nonetheless, incubus is still the best indie rock band in the universe! to go for such event with your good friends who are crazy about incubus is a blessing. It is a memory worth keeping and sharing till the day im gone. thanks incubus, saosin and you guys.
