[i am a superman! haha!] recently working in starbucks, i heard and received good news about my own development in the company. there was certain things that i need to work on in order to move myself up to the next level. i was recommended to the higher authority(the distric manager) by my store manager to move myself up to a shift manager but of course again, i need to work harder to bring myself up and mind you, i'm not a 'ball-licker'. lol! but it was an offer that i had to decline because of my future commitment to the goverment.... sigh, fuck nationl slavery(NS)! but anyway, i'm glad that i was being recognised. then today, we had a meeting. you guys know about such things like mystery shopper? these people are being employ by your company to do a evaluation on how the whole store is performing without you knowing their presence. of course, a perfect score for the evaluation is 100%. It's been 6months our store last hit a result of 90% and above. i was on shift that night when the mystery shopper came. i still remember his face. the young man order just a regular cafe latte. it was funny that i actually can remember the casual conversation i had with him which happened last week. so anyway, i made our team to get a 96% success rate for the evaluation result! it was a teamwork that made us achieve this result! well done! okay, enough of that. anyway, now i have almost like 9 people to go bangkok with me! another guy is still pending. hmm... i have no comments about the big group going with me... but i know its going to be one hell of a task to organise the trip. and now, i have to re-book all over again for the hotel. sian.
